Well, I worked for an intern after my graduation. The responsibilities and roles which I gained a lot from the Experienced subordinates.They are following below:  1) As a project management graduate, I learned a lot from my professor regarding how the office environment is. How to deal with the working environment, politics etc. 2) When comes to Career knowledge: I learned about the labor management, site knowledge, material knowledge, procurement methods. 3) Pre-construction phase and post construction phase. 4) The estimation and quantity surveying knowledge, planning Engineering and structural analysis & Design. 5) From my learning, I'm quite good at the field exposure work.
