Greetings,
After completing my bachelor’s in medicine in 1991 I spent the whole of my scientific career in education, research, and development attainment. From my CV you will find that I have a comprehensive knowledge and many qualifications in the laboratory-based medicine field, including a master’s degree in clinical pathology (Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, and Immunology), an MSc in Immunopharmacology, Specialty molecular biology, and PhD clinical biochemistry. 
During my scientific career, I spent 23 years as a director of the medical laboratory in different departments, as medical lab director (Saudi German Hospital of Sharjah [Oct/2017 Feb/2018] and The Medical Laboratory /a WHO authorized lab for COVID-19 PCR testing [2001-until now]) and as a director of scientific affairs at Leen and Satellite companies, Latakia, Syria between year 2000 till 2011.
Regarding my teaching experience, notice that I have performed more than 10 years as a lecturer in clinical biochemistry, biochemistry, and clinical pathology teaching medical students at different institutes and mainly at Al-Andalus University for Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine [2013- 2021] as a head of clinical pathology department and a lecturer (for more details please find my attached CV.] 
As a developer, please notice that since 2006 I have developed many projects, and this applied in developing a single UltraQuick Diff hematology stain for blood film for an application in 20 seconds. Also, from 2022 until now I have developed of natural Immune booster for the prevention and treatment of tumours which is under clinical trial and has given wonderful results. Currently, I am developing a smart application for a medical lab/ CASA system with one of the IT companies in Latakia, Syria.
Regarding my research experience, please find that I have worked and participated in research since 1991 and have many published articles in the diabetes and clinical pathology fields (please find my attached CV for further information). I work with the IFCC Task Force on the Global Reference Interval Database (TF-GRID). As a part of this international scientific group, I work as a scientist in an international team to develop an IFCC website highlighting all major national and international reference interval studies/programs in clinical chemistry and hematology and develop an opportunity for international reference interval harmonization. Also, the GRID task force works on creating a harmonized tool for global users to upload data and calculate reference intervals using various statistical methods.
