I would like to introduce myself as a Head of the Department of Housekeeping for the last 14 years which include 12 years in Dubai with a multicultural team, as a departmental Trainer, Team Leader of Hotel Sustainability, who possesses great customer relationship management skills involved in lots of projects pertaining to different operations like HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical control point), ISO, process owner of lots of other projects related to staff productivity, KPI, Health and Safety NSF audits, Sustainability and is also thorough with Revinate and Review Pro, etc. which are customers feedback platforms throughout my career. Has been responsible for replying to online feedback of the guests as is on operations manager training.
