My objective is to work in a progressive organization that allows me to enhance my knowledge, experience and skills whilst contributing my best in growing the company along with my personal growth. My work experience in payments

management, marketing, finance and customer service enabled me to understand further about the businesses such as mortgage servicing, collaboration with banks, payment plan for defaulted customers, different types of mortgages and premature closure of accounts.

​I am comfortable working independently and I can be a very supportive team player as well. My work experience taught me working with diverse culture and paying attention to the sensitivities involved in advising. I’ve shown discipline, commitment, loyalty and respect for others during my time of service.

In my latest job I worked as Business operations Analyst (payments) in a mortgage company in Uk. My day to day activity involved testing payment system updating and tracking bugs on Microsoft TFS. It also involved updating Sops and training staff on new roll out. Making sure the system is ready for live boarding. Before I was promoted as BOA- payments I was working as Payments analyst in the same company. My day to day involved preparing and calling for Direct debit files, processing debit card payments from the website and IVR. It also involved applying redemption money to customers account and Atari by the process of closing customers account. Currently I am on career break as we decided to expand our family but I am ready to be back to work.

Masters in Business Administration in International business
