Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues both remotely and by visiting the desk if required. 

Set up the workstations for the new employees as per the company standards.
Monitor the daily data backup job reports for any failures and ensure the physical backup tapes are sent to the warehouse site for storage. 
Procure the necessary hardware and accessories as needed, while maintaining a buffer stock for issuing to back office users and retail outlets upon receiving requests through the ticketing system. 
Verify the authenticity of each request by reviewing the supporting documents attached to the ticket.
