    • Creating listings (titles and descriptions)
    • Checking and approving pictures for size, orientation, dimensions, etc
    • Creating Form A (Marketing form) rental properties
    • Assisting agents in creating Form A for secondary properties
    • Reporting incorrect listings on portals (as per availability)
    • Worked on Property Finder Manager, Propspace, etc (backend)
    • Boosting as required/ requested (feature, premium, hot, signature, etc)
    • Proof reading and correcting descriptions where needed
    • Creating market analysis (for pricing and requirement)
    • Creating and sending listings performance reports to higher management
    • Creating filtered Excel ‘data’ sheets as and when requested
    • Creating Trakheesi permits for properties, off-plan, ready, secondary, rent
    • Creating Trakheesi permits for advertisements/marketing
