• Getting all subcontractors quotation and manpower calculation for inhouse works.
• For Inhouse works, submit the material and shop drawing submittals to consultant and get approval.

• Following the works like fabrication, Installation and Client, consultant meeting attending weekly basis.
• Project actual cost report given after project finish and evaluate the margin and profits.
• All kind of costings including fabrication, powder coating, galvanizing, painting costs defining.

We had completed the projects from a different reputed company’s. We have completed the Projects Metals Works of Astoria Hotel, Kempensky Palm Jumeirah, Copper Chimney… 

• Responsibility :
• Enquiry attending for all projects from the client and submit the quotation to the manager/Client.
• Attending the inquiry from the client through mail.
• Collect the necessary documents material rate, machine hour rate, coating and plating works.
• Site visit based on the client requirements and quote on it accordingly.
• Suppliers work follow-up which will be reported to Management.
• Manage the materials at in-house and purchase or develop new as per sales team target.
• Directly communicate with sales team and produce the types of material accordingly.
• Suppliers machines and jobs has to be followed and get it done within time limit.

• Responsibility :
• Enquiry attending for all projects from the client and submit the quotation to the manager.
• Given the Support to the production team through AutoCAD for completion of project by providing the jigs, fixtures, templates designing.
• Distribute the drawings to the production after verification from client.
• Calculate the project hours for the each and every project(Details from Accounts, Stores, purchase and Production) and submit to the management.
• Drawing doubts to be cleared for the Production Department.
• Weekly Training given to the Workers for the current ststus for all projects.
• Conduct the Technical meeting for every projects to start.
• Oxyfuel machine and water jet cutting machine nesting programs to be prepared.
