Most recently, as HSE Engineer at Shafa Al Nahdah Ready Mix Concrete & Building Contracting LLC, I successfully implemented an ISO 45001:2018 OH&S Management System across all project sites from day one — achieving full regulatory compliance while maintaining zero major incidents.
