Senior Reservoir Management Engineer . Responsible for reservoir surveillance and reservoir management activities of the most complicated and biggest carbonate reservoir in the region 

• Formulating and follow up data acquisition, surveillance and monitoring and plans a base for proper reservoir management, optimal subsurface development and depletion strategies in order to assuring optimum recoverable reserve and the sustainable reservoir capacity
• Analysis and interpretation of the past behavior of wells and predict future performance
• Evaluate and optimize reservoir and well performance
• Preparing short- and long-term reservoir and well potential forecasting 
• Analyzing reservoir and well performance using analytical and numerical tools for evaluation and propose remedial options for mitigation 
• Work with integrated team to develop and optimize drilling, landing zones, completion, stimulation, and lift design to minimize bypassed oil
