I have 17 years of management experiences, have worked with various hotels and resorts for their pre-opening. I'm a very fast learner and high adaptability with new environment and changes. Always gives 200 percent of commitment to my work and company. 

Background in hospitality, started with Front Office, then Sport & Recreation Department, move to Health Club and Lifeguarding, then Safety and Security, Landscaping, Watersport, Maintenance, Director of Operations and Marine department. Mostly operational departments. 7 Pre-opening of hotels and resorts. Several times qualified and worked as lifeguards, first aider and CPR. Few more background as Wildlife Ranger and Marine Conservationist.
