DRAFTSMAN DOCUMENT COORDINATOR Feb-2020 to Feb-2023 ILJIN Engineering & Construction – Sukkur, Pakistan Project: ESTABLISHMENT OF CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL- SUKKUR, PAKISTAN Job Description: Prepare architectural/Structural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided, and Create construction documents as required to coordinate with Consultant/Subcontractors with the Construction/Project Manager. Responsibilities:  Prepare technical shop drawing (architectural/Structural drawing)  Checked for the accuracy of drafts using CAD standards before submitting them to the project manager or client.  Prepare/Modifications of Master plan.  Prepare construction documents (Request for Approval, Request for Information, Transmittal for information, Site Instructions, etc.)  Report to Project/Planning/Construction Managers (If required)  Prepare Daily Progress Reports.  Estimated the time needed for each technical drawing.  Assisted with other tasks as needed.  File documents in physical and digital records.  Retrieve files from consultant and client.
