About Alves Ove:
I am Ove Alves Dcruze working for 15 years in Dubai as a passionate chef. As an adept Chef, I have a well-rounded skill with regards to culinary. I have honed talents in culinary management and operation, making me an ideal fit for the position. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities through gained knowledge and skills being expose to different cuisines.
Experience
I am managing all activities in the kitchen, including food preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff. I am reporting to CDC and I ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production. I Supervise and inspect all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order. I Ensure that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner in the pass area. I am the kitchen in charge when the CDC is not around.
I Assure adherence to all standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation in conjunction with the specifications. I assist to monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are met. Lastly, I assure kitchen personnel is trained in best cleanliness and sanitation practices
