My name is Aneesh Karatt, and I have over 19 years of professional experience in HR, Administration, Warehouse, and Logistics Management, including 16 years of international experience in Kuwait, primarily in Oil & Gas sector projects. My core responsibilities have included Project Administration, Staff and Labour Welfare, Statutory Compliance, Coordination with Clients and Subcontractors, Site Administration, and overall administrative control of large-scale projects.

I completed my Graduation in Economics in 2005, which has provided me with a strong foundation in organizational and administrative functions.

I began my career with Larsen & Toubro Limited, Hyderabad, from 2006 to 2008, and subsequently continued with the same organization in their Kuwait operations from 2008 to 2016. After the completion of the project, I joined Metallica General Trading & Contracting Company, Kuwait, where I served until 2022. From 2022 to 2024, I worked with

Al Essa Medical & Scientific Equipment Co.W.L.L, Kuwait, gaining extensive exposure to multinational work environments and large-scale project operations.

Following the completion of the project, I relocated to Kerala, India, and since 2024, I have been working with HiLITE Projects Pvt. Ltd., Calicut, as Assistant Manager – Administration & Compliance. In this role, I am responsible for overall project administration, statutory and regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and administrative support for multiple project activities.

I am confident that my extensive experience, strong organizational abilities, and hands-on exposure to project administration will enable me to contribute effectively to your organization.
