Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management system and ISO14001:2015 in Company and all levels of Project execution. Implementation of Project Quality Plan in all phases of project execution. Plan and execute Projects Audits, QMS audits , issuance of NCR’s, Corrective actions , Improvement analysis preparations, Carryout business risk assessments Inspections, review of welding procedures, and review of Project coating requirements , Welding & Painting inspections and Non-destructive testing as per contract requirements and codes/ standards like AWS D 1.1, API 650, API 653, API 620, ASME 31.3, ASME 31.4, ASME 31.8, SEC IX, SEC II, SEC VIII, SEC V, and API 1104, DNV-OS-F101, DNV, BS, BSEN, ISO, NACE Etc. Assign Inspectors and monitor their performances. Evaluation of subcontractor’s performances in terms of quality, planning and carry out Project audits, subcontractor audits, vendor audits and Internal QMS audits. Project documents submissions, final dossier/MRB submissions. Assist bidding team during all phases of bidding. Arrange and execute AUT validations/Qualifications, co-ordination and submission of ECA’s.
