Job Responsibilities: HSE In- Charge on project overhead support and to ensure HSE standards are maintained at site. 

Preparation & submission Formal Risk Assessment (FRA), HSE plans, ERP, RP, WMP & Method statement and implementation of Last-Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA) at site and reviewing & submission of JSA, Permit Pack Documents (PPD) & reviewing of documents & certifications maintenance of Firefighting equipment’s, Structural and Spool Maintenance, Naked Flame Assistance, and Confined Space Entry Assistance & Support & conduct Internal audit and Client audit.

Engaged on works for Turnaround (Operation Support) for ADNOC OFFSHORE: 

• ADNOC Offshore Manpower Supply, ACPT, Upper Zakum (UZ) Field, 2019 to 2020.

Structural and Spool Maintenance such as Naked Flame activities, Fabrication activities and Confined Space Entry Assistance on Well Head Platform (WHPT) and Upper Zakum Field Satellites.

• Structural Campaign, Collector Separator Platform (CSP) Hull Area, ZCSC, Lower Zakum (LZ) Field, 2020. 

Structural maintenance of existing structure, bottom plate replacement and reinforcement of existing structure.

• Porto- Cabin Installation, CAP, ZCSC, Lower Zakum (LZ) Field, 2020. 

Installation of pre- fabricated portable cabin to the existing structure and same as reinforcing to improve structural integrity.

• Foam Tank Replacement & Installation, CSP - PP, ZCSC, Lower Zakum (LZ) Field, 2020 - 2021. 

Demolition of the existing foam tank and installation of the new foam tank and reinforcing the existing structure.

• Connection of DHG and DTS to LERs, AL GHALLAN ISLAND, 2021.

Post Well Hook-up activities connecting DHG and DTS to LERs incudes of trench opening, installation of supports for cable tray and cable installation.

• Static Equipment Inspection (Vessel Campaign), AL GHALLAN ISLAND, 2021 - 2022.

Periodic maintenance of the vessels by cleaning and inspection which mainly consist of Confined Space Entry to engage on cleaning activities of the vessels, Mechanical activities such as torquing, tensioning and handling of NORMs.

Post commissioning work activities consist of fabrication & mechanical activities, Electrical & Instrumentation activities and same as installation of pre moulded concrete supports and also installation of existing Fire water line.

Installation of temporary fire water line extension of the permanent line towards the existing accommodation area and towards the proposed accommodation area activities mainly consisting of excavation activities & mechanical activities.

Post Well Hook up Installation activities such as Fabrication & Mechanical activities and Electrical & Instrumentation activities.

Installation of RTG to the existing line and de – torquing of the valves need refurbishment and reinstallation and same as in nitrogen helium test for gas injection lines.
