I'm a supply chain and operations professional; I have been in the industry for about 15 years. My experience include but not limited to, E-Commerce Operations, Warehouse management, Logistics, Supply Management, Supply chain design and optimization and Last Mile.

In the 15 years I spent in the business, I had the chance to work in a diverse operating models, starting from demand and supply at my first job at an FMCG company, after that I moved to KSA into fast retail where I was responsible for moving shipments by air freight, then I was assigned to one of my current employer's strategic projects. For about 5 years I was leading the supply chain processes optimization and re-engineering where I was responsible for lifting and shifting Azadea supply chain tasks and automating them into a centralized shared service center.

My most recent experience is in the E-Commerce operations and last mile; I’m currently holding a position of regional e-commerce operations manager where Im responsible for setting up the last mile strategy, partnering and negotiating with ,last mile providers, adding to that monitoring the SLA’s including lead time, cost control and all corresponding SLA’s related to last mile.
