Nature of Duties and Responsibilities

 

Plan and coordinate the organization’s workforce with the Head – Human Resources and Administration.  Lead the implementation of ERP systems within the organization with self service module and attendance Management, letter requests, reimbursements through the ERP, Oracle and Peoplesoft tools.

 

  • Sourcing, Selection, Placement Activities: 
    • Lead and execute the sourcing strategies with strong alignment to the requirement and corporate standard. Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment web and advertisements.
    • Develop, refine, and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection.
    • Performing full life cycle recruiting; intake sessions, requirements gathering, coordinating with vendors for CV’s, screening, validating, selection, salary negotiation and closing candidates.
    • Planning, designing, strategizing, and executing activities for end-to-end recruitments at various level by understanding the requirement, resource availability in the market, implementing time bound sourcing strategies for providing high quality resources.
  • Employee Administration: 
    • Concentrating on the administrative tasks such as payroll preparation and execution, administering benefits, tracking leaves and attendance, focusing on generation of reports.
  • Talent Management and Induction for New Joiner: 
    • Development of processes and programmes to plan employee resources, develop job descriptions, source candidates, screening, shortlisting and interviewing the candidates and preparation of employment contracts and inducting the new joiner into the system.
  • Rewards & Recognition: 
    • Part of employee engagement and Organizational development where the aim is on improving organizational culture, increase employee satisfaction and incentivizing employees for performance excellence.
  • Training & Development: 
    • Partner with global leaders for trainings, upskilling and reskilling to adapt to the critical skills required for efficient performance of the system. 
  • Labour Relations: 
    • Developing employment policies, develop contracts, handling complaints, facilitating disciplinary procedures and addressing employee grievances.

  • Compliance of Human Resources Policy: 
    • Ensure regulatory compliance of Human Resources policies at the local and federal level.
    • Maintaining Log register of personnel data for the personnel mobilised.
    • Extending administrative support to the Department Head and Team Members.
