I am a qualified civil engineer with Master's degree in Construction Engineering and Management having 2.3 years of working experience as a Planning Engineer.

Meinhardt EPCM India Pvt. Ltd, as Planning and Control Engineer (July 2019 to September 2021) Meinhardt provides end to end Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management EPCM services covering wide range of sector including oil and gas, downstream, retail fuel and logistics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Establishment of WBS and development of baseline schedule for the project by using Primavera P6 software. 

 Quantity, resource loading, capex loading for each activity in the baseline schedule using Primavera P6 software. 

 Responsible for updating the schedule by using Primavera P6 software.

  Involved in preparation of Basis of Schedule document.

  Tracking actual project progress against master project plan. 

 Identify bottlenecks in terms of associated areas connected with project delivery. 

 Coordinate with other departments to ensure timelines are respected in their respective areas to support timely delivery of project.

  Frequent interaction with client and project team members. 

 Responsible for preparing the monthly performance dashboard containing projects S-curve, earned value analysis. 

 Conduct weekly review meeting with the client and prepare minutes of meeting.

  Preparation of weekly project rolling action item list. 

  Identifying potential risk and suggest risk mitigation plans to contribute to the timely completion of project.

  Responsible for preparation of project monthly status report. 

 Liaise with concerned departments for necessary coordination to support project department. 

 Responsible for preparation of monthly HOD meeting presentation. 

 Involved in preparation of Project Management formats and templates for the infrastructure project
