• Responsible for Leave Management, travel arrangements, on boarding and off boarding formalities, Occupational Health Cards handling, Tawjeeh trainings, visas, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action and managing HR records. Handle GDRFA processes and measurements needed to be in place.
• Reviewing resumes and contacting the candidates for interviews availability.
• Managing 500+ employees with regards to document records, OT, reimbursements and payroll processing systems
• Manage all HR operations for staff and external sources concerns and queries with regards to salaries, deductions, attendance and employment letters. Extending support to all workmen with limited or no system access.
• Expert in handling all visa and OHC process-renewals and new requests. Coordinating with HRSS regarding labor contracts renewals or changes to any related issues that may require designation or salary changes in contracts or visas
• Handling on boarding formalities with aspects to all coordination involved from assigning of systems and creating of IDs through IT, to opening of bank accounts and cash salaries
• Support and assist staff regarding medical insurance reimbursement, that may require pre approvals, and other company policies and procedures that may benefit the employees and contributes to achievements of company
