Aramantha J Hepburn

I am professional with experience in the legal and regulatory space. Compliance, risk, regulatory enforcement, employee relations and corporate governance are my areas of expertise. I am a natural adapter and embrace the opportunity to learn at all levels.  

 I commenced my legal career as counsel and attorney in the Office of the Attorney General with work experience in the civil chamber and litigation departments. Ventured out into the regulatory space first at the Securities Commission of The Bahamas and then the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas. As a sitting director, I assist in implementing strategic goals, financial prudence and overall compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 

I am on the path to complete my LL.M at the University of London (specialization in Financial Services Law 2026). I also have a credential in Financial Management from London's School of Business Administration.
