Nour Elasuty

Nour Elasuty is a Junior Associate specialising in international arbitration and dispute resolution, with a double bachelor’s degree in law from The British University in Egypt and London South Bank University (First Class Honours). 
He is admitted to the Egyptian Bar and is a Young ICCA member as well as a Student Member of CIArb.

My career to date has been anchored in representing clients before leading arbitral institutions including the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), and under rules such as UNCITRAL, ICC, and LCIA. My portfolio includes acting for a Swedish investor in a USD 100 million shareholders’ agreement dispute, a multinational in a facility management arbitration and technology sector disputes involving breaches of obligations and early termination claims. These matters have sharpened my ability to navigate complex procedural frameworks, manage multi-jurisdictional teams, and develop persuasive case strategies under tight deadlines.

My approach blends the precision and structure of the Egyptian civil law tradition with a practical, commercially focused understanding of client priorities, an approach well-suited to the international dispute resolution environment across global network. I have also advised on contract drafting, investment structuring, and cross-border enforcement strategies, enabling me to provide clients with a holistic view from pre-dispute negotiation to award enforcement.
