Having knowledge in operation and maintenance of HP GAS processing(gas processing skid) compression (compressors and pumps) and dehydration facility (glycol dehydration).

Attend safety meetings and toolbox talks, Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule as per recommendations. Ensure That The Safety Relief Valves In The Compression Unit And They Are Operating And Also Ensure That Emergency Shutdown System &De-Pressurization System.
Handled Safe Loading And Unloading Of Equipment At The Plant and Co-Ordinate during Abnormal Conditions.

Ensuring compliance with all schedules for machines and facilities and assist in the installation of all equipment .Discipline established safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

Reporting any hazard and near-miss including the unsafe action and unsafe condition on-site within the operational reach of machines by monitoring the work as per HSE plan and standard procedures. Allocating resources and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Commit to plant safety procedures by following P& ID Diagram.

Ensuring availability of required critical spares, accessories, and consumables at optimum quantity for keeping the plant fit for the purpose.

Executing preventive maintenance as well as breakdown maintenance of Compressor Plant as per quality policy & Monitoring operations and trigger corrective actions.

Established standard work procedure as per OEM guideline for smooth running of operations.

Ensuring compliance with all schedules for machines and facilities and assist in the installation of all equipment .Discipline established safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

Carried out the safety observation & inspection at the worksite. And to report any unsafe act and unsafe condition to the operation manager.
