Procurement Executive- 

key Responsibilities:

 Maintained Inventory levels to support pharmacy operational needs. 
 Responsible for managing End-to-End Procurement Process. 
 Responsible for handling activities such as PR to PO – like taking Quotations for Non registered medications from different suppliers comparing prices and procuring those items to concerned units. 
 Negotiating Prices and terms with vendors. 
 Maintaining records of Purchases, pricing, and contracts. 
 Evaluating deliveries and stock level to improve inventory control procedures. 
 Worked with Warehouse Management to resolve Inventory and delivery discrepancies. 
 Co-ordinate stock takes and cycle counts. 
 Monitoring requirements of all Pharmacies to forecast future supply and logistical needs. 
 Prepare weekly & monthly reports as required. 
 Establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
