  • Expert in designing and executing HR strategy that aligns with business objectives and focuses on high potential talent acquisition, continuous talent development, talent retention, employee value proposition, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, HR digitalization, cost optimization, process efficiency and HR metrics/trends for decision making.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE, KSA labour laws and a SME for Legal cases and due diligence.
