The satisfaction of taking on new challenges motivates me. Over the last 22 years in Dubai, I have built my experience in the travel industry from Customer Services Agent to Operations & Systems Manager. I understand the finer details of practicing travel sales, business development, customer service, staff management, revenue generations from systems, recruitment, handling company’s top management travel, coordination and liaising with corporate accounts, airlines and travel agents. At Emirates I received several awards for IT enhancements and timely delivery of projects, automation of staff ticketing system worldwide and handling of top management’s travel. My conduct and commitment have been recognized not just within Emirates but also by various top airlines from around the world for excellent service, teamwork and professional services. Travel is where I have found my wings. It has been a great journey – following my heart to discover possibilities and growing as a person from within.
