Ms. Asma Hamad has more than 8 years of professional experience in the banking   and Non banking  sectors;including the first 6 years , she was working in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank(ADIB) as Assets Support officer for all kind of loans ( PF , cards , auto...) .
During this  period , I worked also 2 years as  Customer fulfillment & business support -online banking accounts which is one of the digitals products in ADIB . 

After  the banking experience she prefer to have more experience about Financial and Insurance Technology ( FinTech &InsurTech) ,she act as Financial Technology Employee at Palestine Capital Market Authority (PCMA), during this 2 years she helped the authority to developed and upgraded its regulatory innovation hub ( IBTAKER) which is the first of it kind in the MENA region as a regulatory innovation hub for the non-banking financial.
