• Documentation.

• Updating Floorplan
• Preparing Service Agreements, Invoices and Statement of Accounts.
• Follow up payments with clients.
• Preparing and sending the Renewals.
• Accept payments.
• Preparing file (both hard and soft copy) for each client with all the documents.
• Setting up the Cisco Telephone lines
