  • Prepares for the arrival of the new employee well in advance and makes necessary arrangements by coordinating with other departments related to desk, equipment and lockers, CUG connections, Business cards etc.


 

Induction Program: (Staff)


 

  • Responsible for coordinating and arranging Induction program for all employees. Group Induction for junior level staff and One-on One Induction for Senior level staff.


 

Post Joining Formalities: (Staff workers)


 

  • Responsible for completing the following activities in for the new employee. Ensures the same is complete on timely basis.
    • Employee Vacancy Request, CV Update, Offer letter, Duty Joining Staff, Staff ID Generation, Staff Master data creation, Site allocation, IT assets, Coordinating PR works, Biometric registration for attendance, Insurance coordination for the new employee, Accommodation assistance, Transport assistance


 

Probation Evaluation (Staff & Workers)


 

  • Responsible for regularly monitoring the completion of probation period for all employees.
