Senior Officer - HR Generalist

  • Act as a focal point of contact between Business lines and HR COEs to broker HR service delivery to meet a wide range of business needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Undertake complex consulting and project-based work that is intended to further strategies Business initiatives to increase the organization efficiency.
  • Cascade the HR strategies/initiatives across the assigned departments in order to meet the HR management and organization goals
  • Works with the business to develop the appropriate resourcing strategy to bring in the best talent across all groups and functions.

  • Reskilling and upskilling: identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.

  • Provide necessary MIS reports/dashboards to line manager on a periodic basis to discuss the projects/initiatives progression.
