I have done M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry with experience (20+ Years) in Chlor Alkali and Chemicals Process Industries along with good knowledge & interpersonal skills. I am quite familiar with Metallurgical Analysis Techniques and have a good experience in the QC / R & D field. I was selected as Laboratory Incharge in Quality Control with Union Chlorine LLC Abu Dhabi in a Chlor Alkali project and managed all activities of the department which are included but not limited to initial setup of QC Lab to conduct all testing of incoming Raw materials, intermediate process parameters and Finished Materials Quality Control alongside with R & D activities for product development and to enhance Plant efficiencies. Actively involved in initial set-up and supervision of all Laboratory personnel, systems and equipment of the Chemical Plants Labs, Pulp and Paper Testing Labs, Cotton and Viscose Fibre Testing Labs, Water Testing Lab to ensure all analyses, testing, inspections and calibrations in the laboratory are carried out as planned. Prior to this I had been working in Ittehad Chemicals Ltd (Chlor Alkali Plant) and managed Quality Control Department and Non-Metallic workshops consisting of Rubber Lining, FRP, Painting and Insulation & Cladding work. Also worked in Chemi Visco Fibre Ltd and setup and managed “Rayon Grade Pulp Plant Laboratory” & “Viscose Staple Fibre Plant Laboratories” (Chemical, Physical & CS2 laboratories).
