of newborns.

operative birth.

6. Collect and assess clinical care data, develop, and implements plans to
manage and evaluate care outcomes.
7. Providing the proper training and education on breastfeeding.
8. Implementing BFHI.
9. Follows the safety and health measures as prescribed.
10. Handling more than 5 Nurses in the ward.
11. Allocating work schedule.
12. Submitting variance reports to the management.
13. Provide psychological support to patients and their families.
14. Provide patients with clear information that results in informed
consents.
15. Assessed and implemented a plan of care for up to 6 high risk obstetrics
clients.
16. Ability to stay a􀀀oat with administrative tasks such as referrals, test
results, authorization, charting, answering phone calls etc.
