Diploma of Engineering Studies in Mechanical Design, I have been able to put into practice during my various internships and my last job, the various teachings I received during my training, in Mechanical Design and Industrial Electricity

From August to October: Mechanical technician at Europe Afrique Interim SA on behalf of the     ALUCAM group, Cameroon. 

      Responsabilities: 

• Overhaul of tensioning and wrapping rollers .
• Assembly of the cylinder and the wrapper hose
• Induction heating of bearings and assembly of headstock bearings 
• Disassembly and overhaul of the feeder rollers
• Change of carriage rollers
• Revision of piston and gear pumps 
• Identification of defective rollers and overhaul of roller conveyors
• Replacement of the conveyor belt
• Replacement of the roller conveyor chains and sprockets
• Replacement of belts and coupling of the marriage bank
• Lubrication by lining and use of fillers

    From 13 January 2021 to September : Electromechanic at Ets Solo on Edea(Cameroon).

    Responsabilities:

• Wiring of the electrical cabinets of a start delta start-up 1 and 2 running directions of a sheet metal bending machine ; 
• wiring of the dahlander electric motors of a bakery mixer, Start-up by elimination of the stator and motor resistances ; 
• Wiring of the power and control circuit of a 3-speed electric motor of a bakery mixer
• Cable replacement of an overhead crane and a lift.
• Dimensioning and choice of the components of a motor start-up.
• Maintenance of electric pumps, piston compressors and jackets;
• Domestic installation, coupling of electric motors;
• Rewinding of electric motors and wiring of generators. 

      From 03 August 2020 to 18 September 2020: Mechanical technician at ALUCAM SOCATRAL on  behalf of Shooting Star, Cameroon. 

     Missions: General maintenance of the machines of the sheet metal production line. 

• Dismantly and assembly the bearings of the wrapper and the reel;
• Disassembly and assembly of mechanical power transmission components; 
• Inspection, disassembly , repair and assembly of the hydraulic sheers;
• Grinding of threaded holes, extraction of shear screws;
• Greasing of bearings and overhaul of carriages; 

      From 20 November 2020 to 19 February 2020: Work experience at MERIT Sarl (Cameroon)

     Missions: Maintenance-Studies-Realisation and Technical Intervention.

• Turning, facing, boring and drilling operations on automatic lathes;
• Extraction and assembly of seals and bearings on mechanical press;
• Tapping and threading operation;
• Bending, sheet metal bending and push tube bending;
• Tube bending for heat exchanger;
• Sizing of crew conveyors and bearings
• Assembly and disassembly of machine pillars; 
• Wiring of semi-automatic machines 

      From 05 August to 30 August 2019: Mechanical technician at ALUCAM SOCATRAL(Cameroon) on behalf of   Shooting Star.

      Missions: General maintenance of production line machines

• Disassembly and assembly of bearings and cylinders 
• Inspection, disassembly, repair and assembly of hydraulic shears; 
• Grinding of threaded holes, extraction of shear screws.

      From 01 January 2017 to 01 December 2017: Academic internship at ENEO direction, Songloulou  Hydroelectric Plant,Cameroon. 

• Inspection, dismantling, repair and assembly of piston pumps and compressors; 
• Cleaning of the filters and maintenance of mechanical regulator;
• Sizing of an air cooler and inspection of hydraulic circuits; 
• Sizing and election of centrifugal sump pumps;
• Sizing and selection of centrifugal sump pumps;
• Calculations of the hydraulic circuit for pumping sump water; 
• Optimisation of the operation and maintenance of the drainage system.

• Mechanical engineering, technical drawings and industrial maintenance;
• Strength of materials and structural design, structural CAD and mechanism;
• Lubrification and greasing , metrology and industrial automation; 
• Sizing of pumps and cylinders, Reading of hydraulic and electrical diagrams;
• Choice and sizing of mechanical power transmission components;
• Wiring of electrical cabinets, choice of a motor starter;
• Planning and monitoring the progress of a project.
