I am a South African who is currently residing in Dubai.

I have recently graduated with an LL.B Degree (Hons.) where I majored in Labour Law, Advanced Contract Law, Company Law, and Intellectual Property Law. My minor subjects consisted of International Law, General Contract Law, and the Law of Delicts. My current goal in life is to effectively use my education, legal knowledge, skill set, and experience to add value to a company in a human resource position.

I consider myself to be an energetic, motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, and hard-working individual. I am dedicated to directing my legal knowledge and management skills to help a company maintain and grow its productivity, which will help facilitate stable growth.

I hope to add value to a company by managing its employees and their needs, as well as maintaining the relationships between staff members. I intend to achieve this through advising on societal and legal developments.

I aim to further achieve these goals through effective organization and accurate attention to detail so that I may work closely with the leadership of the company and improve or maintain the value of all company members.

My conscious planning and thoughtful decision- making allows me to keep track of critical data and ensure that this data is accurate, complete, and constantly up to date.

Paralegal Work (Contracts and Intellectual Property Law). 2021

Wianmagic is one of the largest TikTok artists in the Southern Hemisphere.

In 2021, I was hired by Mr. Keegan Morgan, to assist Wian in the drafting and oversight of Wian's contracts. My expertise in Contract Law, Labor Law, Company Law, and Intellectual Property Law proved to be of great value in these endeavors. My tasks involved legal issues such as repudiation and other issues of non-compliance with Wian's various contracts. Furthermore, I was tasked with resolving any disputes that occurred between Wian's business, his temporary employees, and the sponsorship companies.

LL.B Degree from Stellenbosch University

During my university tenure, I gained expert knowledge of general legal principles. I have advanced knowledge of and majored in Intellectual Property Law, Advanced Contractual Law, Internet Law, Labor Law, and Company Law.

My applicable minor subjects consisted of International Law, Insolvency Law, Law of Taxation, General Contract Law, and the Law of Delicts.

My time at Stellenbosch University allowed me to develop a strong work ethic, enabling me to stay focused and cogent while working under pressure. I believe my skillsets of time- management, patience, communication, organization, and problem-solving have greatly improved, as a result thereof.
