I am seasoned hospital executive, offering more than 18 years of management excellence and 35 years of experience in healthcare. Known as turnaround leader for proficiency in attaining sales and operational objectives, facilitating revenue growth and financial efficiencies while balancing delivery of quality care across the healthcare industry. 

I have a successful history of P&L leadership, employing exponential transformational leadership to drive organizational excellence and fostering hospital culture that embraces quality. I have experience in long and short-term strategic plan elaboration and implementation, operation and capital expenditures establishment, community relations while delivering hospital services in accordance with health care laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. 

I have worked in Belgium, Lebanon, Egypt, and UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai). I have been member of the Lebanese private hospitals’ syndicate, and lecturer at the Saint Joseph university in Beirut.

In addition to a diploma in Oral surgery, I hold an MBA in healthcare management, a Master in international relation and negotiations, a Master in Quality and a Master in mediation.
