I am a passionate and enthusiastic leader who loves to inspire staff to provide the highest standard of education.  I am a friendly and compassionate person who has a firm but fair approach including experience in improving teaching standards by modeling, coaching & mentoring.   I am creative and through positive engagement can provide a fast track of pupil achievements. I like to personalise policies to best meet the needs of the school and can meet strict internal &  external EYFS & KS1 assessment & moderation deadlines.    I have experience in implementing a whole school phonics programme and developing whole school reading & writing strategies.   I have strong pedagogical knowledge to strengthen the learning environment to target EAL and SEN learners.  I have also worked hard to develop all areas of learning in EYFS & KS1 to include practical 3ngaginf learning, marking and feedback to  differentiate lower abilities & stretch & challenge learners & implement rigorous assessment recording.  I am very much a people person and who can communicate effectively 1-1 and in a large team to include professional challenge and dialogue.  I am a positive person with a growing wealth of knowledge and experience and am excited for career development to support the growth of a school.
