I'm a goal-oriented person, with high attention to detail, a team player, and a fast learner who seeks a job where I can practice my skills and knowledge and put them into action, and grow professionally.

I used to work for 1 year and 6 months as Operations Coordinator at a Fiberhome, a contractor of Philippine Long Distance Telephone(Internet Provider) in the Philippines. My responsibilities during my employment were the following:

• Timely dispatch of MCT/ICT tickets to the assigned area and
technicians
• Closely communicate with field personnel and monitor the 
assigned MCT/ICT tickets about its completion
• Accurately prepares hourly and daily reports of the status of 
dispatched tickets. 
• Monitor OSPM maintenance, Immediate Restoration and 
Preventive Maintenance
• Coordinate with field personnel about their troubles and 
assist them to accomplish the quality restoration of copper and 
fiber cable lines.
• Closely coordinate with PLDT organic counterparts especially
major troubles such as fiber breaks like cable cut due to hit by 
sharp object or burned cable due to power discharge.
• Prepares daily summary reports of accomplished restoration 
for submission to clients and supervisors/ managers.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with PLDT NFS, 
company and subcontractors.

Graduated Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering at Mindanao State University-General Santos City, Philippines last June 2019.
