I previously held the Front desk agent position at Lagoona Beach resorts & Spa (Bahrain) where I was often recognized for performing excellent work. During my time there, I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of this position and I also learned how to adapt to change quickly and function well in a team setting.
I feel that my last work experience also helped me to develop an important skill set that is required for the role. I excel at communication with guests and possess the ability to think critically and remain calm in stressful situations. I am extremely enthusiastic about my job and enjoy working with people.
