About Dana Farah Ajard:

I am a hard worker, diligent food safety expert holding a master two in food formulation and safety and MBA in management. I have  more than 6 years experience in the food industry and the QHSE sector. currently I am an auditor at Bureau Veritas Dubai, before that, I was the FSTL at the catering company at Beirut international airport for 4 years.

during my academic years, I made some trainings in different sectors in the food industry. 

from 2017-2021, I was a quality controller, FSTL at the catering company at Beirut Airport 

from 2022-present I am auditor at Bureau veritas Dubai

I hold a master 1 degree in Biochemistry, Master 2degree in Food Formulation and security and an MBA in management
