  • Spreading the P&L operations of 6 Chowking outlet, including flagship outlet in terms of size and revenue. A 10000 sqft outlet which clocks approximately 500 transactions and 2 parties every day.
  • Ensure all the reporting and control procedure in the operations, customer service, and quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed.
  • Review financial statements, sales & activity reports, data to measure productivity & goal achievement, determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
  • Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staff as per company’s policy
  • Monitor labor by analyzing store reports, labor scheduling and labor productivity

  • Review P&l , food cost and other expenses on daily basis and establish an action plan for the improvement to ensure the expenses are under control
  • Reviewing delivery reports, instore time, production time and delivery time on daily basis and take necessary action to ensure improve system and customer satisfaction
  • Review the delivery cost, bike maintenance cost, CPD on daily basis to minimize and keep the expenses under budget
  • Planning and implementing the local store marketing by analyzing the delivery sales by locality, customer profile & RTA development
  • Reviewing customer mystery reports on weekly basis and take action to increase customer satisfaction
  • Handling and organizing the kiosk and stall operation in the events, schools, college and corporate
  • Restaurant budget planning
