About Dilshan perera:

During the past 5+ years of my career I gained various experience and knowledge by working on number of projects in UAE and Sri Lanka related to Quantity Surveying as well as to MEP, Infrastructure & Civil Engineering. I believe I am competent Quantity Surveyor to handle all key performance such as Post Contract, Tendering, BOQ preparation, Cost controlling and monitoring. Further, I have sound knowledge in CESMM 4, NRM 2, NRM 1, POMI, JCT 2016 and FIDIC.Moreover, I expertise Auto CAD, COSTx, PlanSwift, RevitArchitecture, Lumion (3D Modeling) and MS Office Package.
