With more than 5 years of experience, I honed my abilities in data collection, behavior management and implementation techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing a firm foundation for the Behavior Technician/ ABA Therapist position. 

I am currently working as Lead Behavior Technician below are my duties and responsibilities.

• Implements technique based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during 1:1 behavioral intervention session with children with autism and related disorders in the center, home, or school settings. 
• Implements structured and individualized behavioral intervention programs designed by a Behavioral Supervisor, including skill acquisition programs and behavior plans, to teach children with autism language, play, social, self-help, and academic skills, while at the same time reducing the occurrence of maladaptive behaviors.
• Collects data and maintains documentation pertaining to each child’s program.
• Probe and introduce new targets when necessary.
• Provides ongoing guidance within each client’s individual program, ensuring each client’s continued progress towards realizing their maximum potential based on the recommendations provided by Behavioral Supervisors.
• Obtains ongoing RBT certification requirements which include receiving ongoing supervision and complying with the BACB’s RBT Ethics Code.
• Ensures annual renewal of certification, including passing the RBT Competency Assessment, and completing a renewal application.
• Ensures that the logbook is set up and ensures that all program materials are maintained and organized.
• Participates in clinic meetings, workshops and training seminars as necessary.
• Train newly hired employees for Jr. Technician and Para-educator positions.
