Provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in the design and specifications of telecom systems to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices. 

Prepare method statements and Task Risk Assessment for critical jobs, verify maintenance procedures and instructions, scope of work for contractor jobs and service work orders to meet work requirements and standards. 

To provide technical support for development, implementation and commissioning of new projects in the design and specifications of telecom systems to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices. 

Provide input to prepare and track the forthcoming upgrades and obsolescence issues to integrate with the division is level rolling business plans.
