I am an Aviation Engineering Professional with expertise in Aircraft Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Maintenance Control & Technical Records Management. Currently employed as Aircraft Maintenance Planner & Technical Records Controller having experience in handling second line & depot-level maintenance requirements. I am skilled in Maintenance Planning for continued airworthiness, staggering of maintenance requirements for optimum availability, controlling inspection progress, monitoring Life Limit Parts, Tracking SB & SL implementations, Sustaining technical data & aircraft configuration in AMIS/ERP and Documentation Archiving. I am well versed in handling AMM, EMM, IPC, and other technical documents and have working knowledge in managing planning requirements on various Aircraft Fleet.


 

I am PMP certified having expertise in identifying, addressing, and expediting critical tasks and resources to ensure successful project completion. I have worked effectively in cross-functional teams consisting of Aircraft Maintenance Operations, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and Quality Assurance Team.


 

I have a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and also have passed all modules on EASA Part66 B1.1 Category Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's License. Moreover, I hold a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and am familiar with basic finance, reliability engineering & logistics management.


 

Experience

Global Aerospace Logistics LLC - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Production Planner  - June 2020 to Current
Responsible for continued Airworthiness on assigned aircraft fleet in compliance with the Maintenance
Program by ensuring efficient staggering of maintenance activities to reduce aircraft downtime.
1. Responsible for tracking maintenance and logistics statuses on assigned fleet.
2. Maintain & Track material shortage list for scheduled maintenance.
3. Maintain Log of Repetitive defects, No fault found, AOG, SOR and GOR and follow up for closure.
4. Coordinate on daily and upcoming maintenance actions for compliance.
5. Develop & maintain 3-year, 1-year & monthly maintenance schedule. 
6. Prepare Operational Availability and Serviceability KPI's for the Fleet on daily, monthly and quarterly
basis.
7. Attend Customer review of KPI's for sign off on Daily and Monthly basis.
8. Prepare monthly fleet status report for customer sign off.
9. Process, prioritize, and monitor work orders and material resources for assigned fleet.
10. Review aircraft logbook, flight packs to ensure accuracy of the aircraft status and flight hours.
11. Conduct Pre-induction meetings prior to inspection start.
12. Stagger Maintenance activities to ensure effective ulilization of aircraft down time.
13. Develop Statement of Work (SOW) for Maintenance input.
14. Develop Gantt Chart & Task Burn down Charts.


Advanced Military Maintenance & Repair Overhaul Center - Abu dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Maintenance Planner - Feb 2013 to May 2020
1. Develop accurate Long Term and Short Term Aircraft maintenance forecasts.
2. Manage availability of all resource requirements to perform scheduled Maintenance.
3. Develop Statement of Work (SOW) for Maintenance input.
4. Perform daily fleet audit, to identify and schedule required maintenance items within appropriate time
restraints.
5. Issue task cards for scheduled maintenance activities.
