    Requirements:

    Thisposition requires an ambitious self-starter, someone that caneffectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leadsand A suitable candidate for this position will be excellent atbuilding relationships and must have the ability to manage salesThe Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying andgenerating sales opportunities through outbound The right candidatewill be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box,easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phoneconversations with prospects, and is highly

    Responsiblefor developing leads andprospects:

    Create target prospects lists and manage keyaccounts
    Cold callprospects
    Identify key players,researching and obtaining business requirements, and presentingsolutions to begin the salescycle
    Profile strategic accountsidentifying key individuals, researching, obtaining businessrequirements and presenting solutions
    Demonstrate the value of ouroffering through phone calls, email andLinkedIn
    Nurture new marketingleads by educating and developingprospects
    Collaborate with salesand marketing team members on strategic salesapproach
    Ensure successful followthrough of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and leadqualification information in CRMapplication

    Requirements


    Tobe successful at this role you will need tobe:

    Previous experience in Recruitmentsales
    Able to work in US timezone shift
    3- 4 years ofsuccessful experience in BusinessDevelopment
    Exceptionalcommunication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellentlistening skills and a positive, energetic phone camerapresence
    Demonstrated success inprospecting
    Extremelyself-motivated with a diligent workethic
    High level of integrity andstrong commitment to building a successfulcompany
    Ability to workindependently as well as part of a team in a fast-pacedenvironment
    Adept computer skillsincluding proficiency with MicrosoftOffice
    Experience with CRM orSales system applications
