Currently serving as the ICT/Telecom Director at Axle Network Technologies, I previously held key roles in the National Marine Dredging Company PJSC and ADNOC's Hail & Ghasha Project. I led the enhancement of ICT solutions and played a crucial role in the design, implementation, and operation of the Hail & Ghasha Artificial Islands Concession Projects involving 11 islands.

I am a highly experienced and seasoned ICT professional with over 20 years of expertise in various areas, including IT service delivery, project management, Telecom, cyber security, and IT operations network & server infrastructure. I have a strong track record of successfully managing and leading large, medium, and small-scale projects related to cyber/data security and infrastructure, datacenter design, cloud, and managed services.

Throughout my career, I have been focused on digital transformation and intelligent data center solutions, leveraging technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, Identity Access/Security, and Print Management Services. My skills extend to ITIL practices, service support delivery, IT and OT network security, data center operations, software solutions, and enterprise architecture.

In my current role as ICT/Telecom Director-MEA region at Axle Network Technologies, I am responsible for executing turnkey ICT/Telecom digital transformation projects, managing resources and budgets, and expanding the target market segment. I work closely with sales, solution architects, product vendors, and pre-sales teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Previously, I held dual roles at National Marine Dredging Company PJSC [NMDC|NPCC Group], where I served as IT Manager (NMDC) and Senior IT Engineer as PMO for the Hail & Ghasha Project. Later, I was promoted to Head of Department Projects, responsible for operation, security, and infrastructure across the entire ICT, Telecom, AV, and SMATV digital transformation. I successfully delivered a high-value project worth 5.2 billion AED and achieved significant cost savings through the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

My work experience includes designing, building, and operating multiple data centers, implementing data security and backup solutions, and managing enterprise cloud and on-premises deployment projects. I have also been involved in strategic ICT initiatives, overseeing site construction, commissioning activities, and liaising with local authorities and vendors.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to ensuring continuous service delivery, implementing risk and security management controls, and achieving compliance with industry standards and certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 20000. My expertise extends to data governance, business continuity planning, and handling business intelligence and automated business processes.

I possess a strong background in managing IT finance, assets, budgeting, forecasting ROI, and capacity management. I am also certified in various areas, including PMP, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, CCISO, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
