About Vibin Kumar:

Dedicated HSE professional with over 15 years of experience in the UAE and Qatar, supporting major civil engineering projects across diverse Clients and contractors. I have been worked on sustainable developments, including solar power plant projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Currently, I am working as a Consultant Safety Officer with a PMC consultancy, where I focus on risk management, site safety supervision, and the implementation of effective HSE procedures. I am committed to maintaining safe working environments and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Experience

HSE Lead/Officer with 15 years of experience in the UAE and Qatar, specializing in large-scale construction projects. I have led and supported safety operations across a variety of developments, including high-rise and mid-rise towers, multi-utility buildings, villa communities, sea-side developments, and solar power plant projects.

My experience includes working with major clients such as Emaar, Damac, DEWA/Masdar (MBR Solar Park Phase 6), Trakhees, DDA, Lusail City, Al Shareef Holding, Barwa, Qatar Petroleum, and the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment. I have strong expertise in project HSE management and in implementing international standards and local authority regulations and guidelines.

Currently employed as a Consultant Safety Officer with a PMC consultancy for a major developer, I am committed to maintaining high safety standards, enhancing site safety performance, and ensuring full compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Actively seeking opportunities as an HSE Lead, Senior HSE Engineer, or Senior HSE Officer, where I can contribute to organizational safety excellence and successful project delivery.
