Experienced Procurement Officer/ Supply Chain

 Work closely with end user in order to identify strategic response
 Source suppliers to provide goods and services to the company, and ensure due
diligence is carried out for all new Supplier and manage the business relationship
 Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers.
Minimize purchase price variance
 Process high volume of RFQ to support the requirement of government site
 Monitor market trend over the gulf region
 Good time management and organizational skills
 Ensure project quotes and deliveries are met by agreed-upon deadlines
 Prepare documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for product
shipment
 Working with multiple suppliers at the same time main supplier is from China,
Malaysia, Taiwan, Afghanistan, US, Dubai,
 Maintain records of purchases, suppliers, negotiated amount and updated status in
excel file.
 Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
