Project Location: Emirates Industry of Camel Milk & Products (CAMELICIOUS), Dubai-UAE (July 2020 – Oct 2022) Works as “QHSE Project Engineer'' Responsibilities/Accomplishments: Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the assigned projects. Maintain QMS Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, sales plans, targets & quality from start to finish.  Ensure compliance & implementation of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment procedures (OHSE).  Preformed required operation & Control maintenance of the Water treatment Plant, preferred RO, UF/MF & mix-bed & working with different type of process control DCS or PLC, Make up of chemicals & CIP.  Ensure the chemical cleaning of water tanks, kitchen duck, chiller (CT) cleaning & pipeline disinfection.  Ensure compliance of flow & quality, Optimize the process in terms of reliability and costs of chemicals/ power, Elaborate the relevant follow up and reporting of the process, Analyze any technical issues raised by the operations units, propose solutions and follow their implementation, follow up and analyze tests for improvement of the process. Inspect the systems to ensure effective operations. Coordinate with Reverse Osmosis operation team, laboratory and other sections of technical support department for metering issues & prepare work orders for servicing and repairs.  Inspect service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps and valves.  Perform other related duties as required Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable water & Keep maintain log-sheet on a daily basis.
