Clinical training at internal medicine department, during this period my duties included patient care in both inpatient and emergency department under supervision, medical education, and liaise with other medical team members as well as health care services. I used to take medical history, apply clinical examination, case presentation, follow up, attend major rounds and case discussions dealing with different types of chronic diseases as well as medical emergencies in adults such as status epilepticus, acute pneumonia, acute exacerbation of asthma , MI, septic shock, hypovolemic shock, anaphylactic shock, and intoxication.
