  • Main Job, Task, Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a large number of incoming calls and inquiries as well as assist walk-in clients inquiring for a specific product requirement.
  • Support the sales team from the Thermoforming and Flexible Packaging division in communicating and providing sales quotation to the clients.
  • Create sales orders according to the designated division using the Focus software to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide appropriate solution or alternatives, especially unforeseen delays on product delivery.
  • Collaborate with the production team on product order follow-up, communicate with the clients regarding gate pass delivery approvals and prepare packing list for goods to be delivered.
  • Attend exhibitions or events to help promote the company product and brand name. Assist in the preparation of promotional materials by ensuring the adequacy of sales-related products and catalogues.
  • Preparing documents for exports deliveries (Preforma invoice, Packing list, Vat Invoice and etc.)

  • Deal with queries and provide correct information. 
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, Prepare outgoing mail for pick-up or courier.   
  • Take and deliver messages accurately and completely. 
  • Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors.
  • Photocopy, Fax and collate documents.
